WE OFFER HASSLE FREE REFUNDS ON ALL PRODUCTS RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION
When returning an item, please fill in the returns form which can be found on the back of your invoice, attached to your order confirmation email.
If you have mislaid your invoice, please include a note detailing your order number, and what you want to be exchanged/refunded.

NON RETURNABLE GARMENTS
Items can not be refunded unless they are in their original packaging and still in the same condition as when dispatched from our warehouse.
If the clothing has been washed or worn, a refund cannot be issued.
RETURNING OR EXCHANGING AN ITEM
We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item(s) for a different size or colour if preferred.
Please note that shipping is only refundable if you receive faulty goods.
Please note:
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
- We recommend that, when returning an item, the parcel is sent using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless you receive faulty goods.
- Parcels being returned can take up to 7 working days to reach our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.
*Original Condition: Item of clothing has not been removed from its packet, and is still in the same condition as when dispatched from our warehouse.
Returning an order with Muscle Fitness Factory is completely hassle free.
When returning an order please include a note detailing the following information:

Whether you want a exchange or refund:
The items you are returning:
If applicable - The items that you want to exchange for:
If there is a pricing difference between products that you want to exchange, please click the "Submit a request" button below.
Select the "Returning an item" tab in the subject field and please include your order number and all of the details listed above.

CANCELLING AN ORDER
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, as the customer you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Muscle Fitness Factory, for a full refund.
Order cancellations must be made in writing or via e-mail, quoting your order number, within 4 hours of reciept. Muscle Fitness Factory aim to despatch all customer orders within 24 hours of the purchase date.
If the customer contacts us after the 4 hour period, unfortunately it will not be possible to cancel your order as the order would have already been processed, meaning that the customer will have to return the item(s) to us when received.
Order cancellations made after an order has been shipped means that the customer will be liable for return postage costs.
